Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol that:

Sec. 1 – The Barangay Council of Punsod, Maribojoc, Bohol was presented a copy of its Barangay ordinance to the Sangguniang Bayan for review and approval.

Sec. 2 – The Sangguniang Bayan through the Committee on Resolutions and Ordinance has carefully studied the Barangay ordinance and presented it to the august body for deliberation.

Sec 3 – That the Sangguniang Bayan after a careful and thorough ordinance deliberation has found out that the Barangay ordinance is within the scope of power of the Barangay.

Sec. 4- That the Sangguniang Bayan hereby approves the Barangay ordinance of Punsod, Maribojoc, Bohol entitled:

AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE BARANGAY ORDINANCES OF BARANGAY COUNCIL, CABAWAN , MARIBOJOC, BOHOL

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol that:

Sec. 1 – The Barangay Council of Cabawan, Maribojoc, Bohol was presented six Barangay ordinances to the Sangguniang Bayan for review and approval.

Sec. 2 – The Sangguniang Bayan through the Committee on Resolutions and Ordinance has carefully studied the Barangay ordinances of Cabawan, Maribojoc, Bohol.

Sec 3 – That the Sangguniang Bayan after a careful and thorough deliberation has found out that the Barangay ordinances are within the scope of power of the Barangay.

b.) Ordinance No. 18, series of 1992 imposing penalties to owners of stray animals causing damages and destruction of plants and properties of the people and the community.

c.) Ordinance No. 19, series of 1992 imposing Barangay permit fee to any person or group of persons who put signboard/billboard in any place within the jurisdiction of the Barangay of Cabawan, Maribojoc, Bohol.

d.) Ordinance No. 20, series of 1992 imposing an amount of Ten Pesos ( P10.00 ) to the compliant who file a case for amicable settlement in the office of the Lupong Tagapayapa.

e.) An Ordinance No. 21, series of 1992 imposing a penalty to household who has no toilet in the Barangay of Cabawan, Maribojoc, Bohol.

f.) Ordinance No. 22, series of 1992 imposing a penalty to any person or group of persons putting their pigpen in the nearby houses and stores or in any place of Cabawan whereby people stay.

Sec. 5 – That this ordinance take effect upon approval.

Sec. 1 – That Barangay Council of Bood passed an ordinance No.25, series of 1992 to the Office of the Sangguniang Bayan for a review.

Sec 2 – The said ordinance was reviewed thoroughly by the Committee on Resolutions and Ordinances and found it within the scope of the powers and Ordinances and found it within the scope of the powers and duties of the legislative body as provided in Section 391 of the New Local Government Code.

Sec 3 – After reviewing the ordinance, it underwent into a discussion in an assembled session the august body.

Sec. 4- The Sangguniang Bayan hereby approves the Barangay Ordinance of Bood, Maribojoc, Bohol, entitled:

Sec 2 – The Sangguniang Bayan through the Committee on Resolutions and Ordinances has studied carefully the ordinance and found it within the scope of the authority of the Barangay as provided in Section 410 of the Local Government Code.

Sec 3 – The Sangguniang Bayan after a careful and through deliberation has found out that the ordinance does not contravene any local or national laws.

Sec. 4- That in the assembled session of the Sangguniang Bayan the ordinance was approved for implementation.

AN ORDINANCE IMPOSING A FEE FOR THE USE OF “SHARP” KARAOKE FIVE- SPEAKER SOUND SYSTEM OWNED BY THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

WHEREAS, Republic Act No. 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, has given Local Government Units greater autonomy, especially the power to generate its own sources of income;

WHEREAS, Section 155 of the said Local Government Code of 1991 authorizes the Sanggunian concerned to fix the rates of the imposition of fees or charges for the use among others “SHARP” KARAOKE FIVE-SPEAKER SOUND SYSTEM owned by the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol;

NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

Sec. 1 – That Sharp Karaoke 5 Speaker Sound System was acquired at the cost of
P12,800.00 to be depreciated for so many years as determine by the COA.

Sec. 2 – It is a prime responsibility of the Maribojoc Municipal Government,
particularly the Sangguniang Bayan to see to it that this asset must not be abused.
However, it must be kept always in good order and conditions.

Sec. 3 – This Karaoke 5 speaker sound system is acquired for the purpose of
recording minutes and deliberations during SB sessions and seminars sponsored by
the Municipal Government of Maribojoc and other Sangguniang Bayan related
activities.

Sec. 4 – In order to fully utilize the said asset and eventually help the Maribojoc
Municipal Government augment its income, it is therefore imperative to explore all
legal avenues by way of imposing charges or fee to a person or group of persons,
association or corporations and those belonging to the National Government Units,
example DILG etc. but not to an individual for private purposes who would like to
avail the services or use of the KARAOKE 5 speaker sound system at the rate, to wit:
( The borrower shall pay the cost of repair in case of damage )

a.) One Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (P150.00) for one (1) to eight ( 8 ) operating
Hours, meaning one ( 1 ) hour use is P150.00 up to maximum of eight ( 8 ) hours per hour fraction thereof.

b.) Twenty Five Pesos ( P25.00 ) / in excess of eight ( 8 ) hours.

Sec. 5 – The following are exempted from the payment of the therefore going fee
or charges:

a.) Mayor Office for public hearing or consultation purposes.
b.) Sangguniang Bayan for seminars and other related business activities.
c.) Treasurer’s Office for Tax Campaign purposes.
d.) ABC Monthly meetings
e.) PLEB hearing to resolved cases

Sec. 6 – There shall be a committee to determine and approve the qualified person
or group of persons, associations or corporations who shall be granted to avail the services or use of the KARAOKE 5 speaker sound system and it shall be composed as follows:

a.) Chief Executive Officer or authorized representative
b.) Presiding Officer or authorize representative
c.) Municipal Treasurer or authorize representative

The committee shall formulate a Contract between the borrower and the
Municipal Government of Maribojoc, Bohol stipulating among others the fee to be collected and liability of the borrower in case of damage and others.

Sec. 7 – The Municipal Treasurer shall implement and enforce strict compliance of this ordinance upon approval.

Sec. 8 – When the violation is committed by any officials or employees of the Municipal Government of Maribojoc, Bohol and other responsible officials thereof, who shall have directed or induced the commission of the offence he/she criminally liable as principal thereof.

Sec. 9 – This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
