AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE ORDINANCE OF ALIGUAY BARANGAY COUNCIL, IMPOSING FILING FOR ANY PERSON OF GROUP OF PERSONS WHO FILE CASES WITHIN THE BARANGAY.

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol that:
Sec. 1 – That Barangay Council of Aliguay submitted to the Office of the Sangguniang Bayan for review and approval.
Sec 2 – The Sangguniang Bayan through the Committee on Resolutions and Ordinances has studied carefully the ordinance and found it within the scope of the authority of the Barangay as provided in Section 410 of the Local Government Code.
Sec 3 – The Sangguniang Bayan after a careful and through deliberation has found out that the ordinance does not contravene any local or national laws.
Sec. 4- That in the assembled session of the Sangguniang Bayan the ordinance was approved for implementation.
