DECLARING BARANGAY ORDINANCES, TO WIT:
a.BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 05, SERIES OF 2008, RE: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF THE BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 19, SERIES OF 2004, IMPOSING CERTIFICATION FEE TO ANY RESIDENT OF BARANGAY ALIGUAY;
b.BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 06, SERIES OF 2008, RE: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2 OF THE BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 13, SERIES OF 2004,, IMPOSING FILING FEE TO ANY PERSON OR GROUP OF PERSONS WHO FILE CASES WITHIN THE BARANGAY OF ALIGUAY;
c.BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 07, SERIES OF 2008, RE: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 03 OF THE BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 38, SERIES OF 2002, IMPOSING PENALTY TO THOSE WHO ARE ABSENT DURING ASSEMBLY MEETING AND BARANGAY PINTAKASI OF BARANGAY ALIGUAY;
d.BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 08, SERIES OF 2008, RE: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 01 OF THE BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 20, SERIES OF 2004, IMPOSING CLEARANCE FEE TO ALL CHAINSAW OPERATORS WHO CUT COCONUT AND OTHER DEREGULATED TREES WITHIN THE BARANGAY OF ALIGUAY;
ALL OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL AS VALID IT HAVING SHOWN SUBSTANTIAL COMPLIANCE PURSUANT TO THE PROVISION OF THE REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7160.

WHEREAS, presented before the Sangguniang Bayan were the Barangay Ordinance No. 5, series of 2008, Barangay Ordinance No. 6, series of 2008, Barangay Ordinance No. 7, series of 2008 and Barangay Ordinance No. 8, series of 2008 all of Aliguay, Maribojoc, Bohol for review and approval;
WHEREAS, the Sangguiniang Bayan thru the Committee on Appropriation & Finance, Committee on Resolutions & Ordinances and Committee on Barangay Affairs have studied carefully the aforecited Barangay Ordinances;
WHEREAS, giving weight to the recommendation of the above mentioned Committees, the Sangguniang Bayan were in the position to approve the aforecited Barangay Ordinances;
WHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled to declare the Barangay Ordinance No. 5, series of 2008, Barangay Ordinance No. 6, series of 2008, Barangay Ordinance No. 7, series of 2008 and Barangay Ordinance No. 8, series of 2008 all of Aliguay, Maribojoc, Bohol as valid it having shown substantial compliance pursuant to the provision of the R.A. 7160;
BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution be furnished, the Barangay Council of Aliguay, Maribojoc, Bohol for their guidance and information.
