DECLARING BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO 16-2007 OF BARANGAY JANDIG, OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL AS VALID IT HAVING SHOWN SUBSTANTIAL COMPLIANCE PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF R. A. 7160.

WHEREAS, presented before the Sangguniang Bayan the Barangay Ordinance No. 16-2007 of Barangay Jandig as valid it having shown substantial compliance pursuant to the provisions of the R. A. 7160;
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan thru the Committee on Barangay Affairs, has studied carefully the aforecited Barangay Ordinance of Jandig, Maribojoc, Bohol;
WHEREAS, giving weight to the recommendation of the above mentioned Committee, the Sangguniang Bayan were in the position to approve the aforecited Barangay Ordinance;
WHEREFORE, be it resolved, as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled;
“To declare the Barangay Ordinance No. 16-2007 of Barangay Jandig, Maribojoc, Bohol as valid it having shown substantial compliance pursuant to the provisions of the Republic Act 7160.”
BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished, the Barangay Council of Jandig, Maribojoc, Bohol for their guidance and information.
