DECLARING AS VALID, BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 02, SERIES OF 2008 OF BARANGAY PAGNITOAN, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL, RE: RESOLUTION OF THE BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL (BDC) REALIGNING THE AMOUNT OF FORTY THREE THOUSAND PESOS (Php43,000.00) of the 20% development fund appropriated for waterworks p.e. pipes into the bbarangay hall of pagnitoan, maribojoc, bohol for renovation.

WHEREAS, the Barangay Ordinance No. 02, series of 2008 of Pagnitoan, Maribojoc, Bohol was presented before the Sangguniang Bayan for review and approval;
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan, through the Committee on Barangay Affairs and Committee on Resolutions and Ordinances have studied carefully the aforecited Barangay Resolution;
WHEREAS, giving weight to the recommendation of the above mentioned committees, the Sangguniang Bayan is in the position to approve the aforecited Barangay Resolution;
WHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled;
“To declare as valid, the Barangay Ordinance No. 02-2008 of Pagnitoan, Maribojoc, Bohol, Re: Resolution of the Barangay Development Council (BDC) Realigning the Amount of Forty Three Thousand Pesos (P43,000.00) of the 20% Development Fund Appropriated for Waterworks P.E. Pipes into the Barangay Hall of Pagnitoan, Maribojoc, Bohol for Renovation”;
BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution be furnished, the Barangay Council of Pagnitoan, Maribojoc, Bohol for their guidance and information.
