REQUESTING HON. LEONARDO R. SIBBALUCA, REGIONAL EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR THRU HON. DIANA R. APISTAR, REGIONAL TECHNICAL DIRECTOR, LAND MANAGEMENT SERVICES, DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES, REGION VII, BANILAD, MANDAUE CITY TO PROVIDE TECHNICAL DESCRIPTIONS OF THE TWELVE (12) OLD SURVEYS OF THE LOTS AT BARANGAYS OF POBLACION AND DIPATLONG, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL..

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol is under a Cadastral Survey by Private contractors who are undertaking said survey in the different barangays of the municipality;
WHEREAS, Engr. Elmer Fudalan, the contractor of the cadastral survey in Barangays of Poblacion and Dipatlong wants to finalize his survey in the aforementioned barangays;
WHEREAS, Engr. Elmer Fudalan has encountered a problem of unknown title holders in the Barangays of Poblacion and Dipatlong wherein the alleged twelve (12) old surveys located in the two (2) barangays can not be located due to the absence of technical descriptions;
WHEREAS, the LGU-Maribojoc, Bohol thru the Sangguniang Bayan has decided to assist Engr. Elmer Fudalan in his finalization of survey returns of Poblacion and Dipatlong for the benefit of the land owners;
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan is desirous to have the Cadastral Survey be completed within the year 2008 and 2009;
WHEREAS, in the even that the alleged twelve (12) old surveys in Barangays of Poblacion and Dipatlong could not be found, the DENR shall certify that the said old surveys are not available in the said office;
WHEREFORE, be it resolved as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session assembled;
BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to request Hon. Leonardo R. Sibbaluca, Regional Executive Director thru Hon. Diana R. Apistar, Regional Technical Director, Land Management Services, DENR, Region VII, Banilad, Mandaue City to provide technical descriptions of the twelve (12) old surveys of the lots at Barangays of Poblacion and Dipatlong, Maribojoc, Bohol;
BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to Honorable Leonardo R. Sibbaluca, Regional Executive Director and Regional Technical Director, Region VII, Banilad, Mandaue City.
