RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR LEONCIO B. EVASCO JR. TO ENTER INTO A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA) WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND HIGHWAYS (DPWH) FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING LOCATED AT CABAWAN, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL FROM THE FUND ASSISTANCE OF SENATOR JUAN MIGUEL F. ZUBIRI.

WHEREAS, there are government community projects which are implemented through the funding assistance of generous public officials provided that the project is for the good and welfare of the community;
WHEREAS, Barangay Cabawan, Maribojoc, Bohol has an infrastructure project, the multi-purpose building, which is not yet completed despite several funding sources;
WHEREAS, the aforementioned barangay of this municipality is a recipient of fund assistance from Senator Juan Miguel F. Zubiri for the completion of the barangay multi-purpose building;
WHEREAS, the DPWH is the lead agency for the implementation of the work to complete the infrastructure project in Barangay Cabawan, Maribojoc, Bohol;
WHEREAS, to effectively implement the completion of the infrastructure project, the Municipal Mayor shall enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the DPWH;
WHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled;
“To authorize the Municipal Mayor Leoncio B. Evasco Jr. to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the DPWH for the completion of the multi-purpose building located at Cabawan, Maribojoc, Bohol from the fund assistance of Senator Juan Miguel F. Zubiri”;
BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished, the Senator Juan Miguel F. Zubiri, Manila, Hon. Leoncio B. Evasco, Jr., Municipal Mayor, Maribojoc, Bohol, DPWH District Engineer, Tagbilaran City, Engr. Ma. Nenita R. Chiu, MPDC, Maribojoc, Bohol and the Barangay Council of Cabawan, Maribojoc, Bohol for their information and appropriate action.
