RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE “ KAROMATA” OPERATORS TO PROVIDE REFLECTORS ON THEIR “KAROMATAS” WHICH OPERATED DURING NIGHT TIME.

WHEREAS, several commuters have observed the risk created by “karomata” operating night time, particularly at barangays Lincod and San Vicente;
WHEREAS, these “karomata” if not operating are parked at the sides of the streets at night time;
WHEREAS, the instillation of reflectors of any kind to these “karomata” can minimize the danger of the lives of karomata operators and the other vehicles passing this involved streets;
WHEREFORE, be it resolved, to request the “karomata” operators to provide reflectors of any kind to their karomatas especially those which are operating at night time.
RESOLVED FURTHER, to request the Officials of Lincod and San Vicente to make appropriate action to this resolution for this is primarily for the safety of the “karomata” operators.
RESOLVED FURTHERMORE, that copies of this resolution be furnished to the Barangay Captains of Lincod and San Vicente, PNP Office and Office of the DILG, Maribojoc, Bohol.
