DECLARING AS VALID, BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 01, SERIES OF 2008 OF BARANGAY AGAHAY, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL, RE: SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 01, C.Y. 2008.

WHEREAS, presented before the Sangguniang Bayan were the Barangay Ordinance No, 01-2008 of Barangay Agahay, Maribojoc, Bohol for review and approval;
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan thru the Committee on Resolutions & Ordinances and Committee on Barangay Affairs have studied carefully the aforecited Barangay Ordinances;
WHEREAS, giving weight to the recommendation of the above mentioned Committees, the Sangguniang Bayan were in the position to approve the aforecited Barangay Ordinance;
WHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled to declare as valid, the Barangay Ordinance No. 01-2008 of Barangay Agahay, Re: Supplemental Budget No. 01, C.Y. 2008 .
BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution be furnished, the Barangay Council of Agahay, Maribojoc, Bohol for their guidance and information.
