RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE HON. ALFONSO DAMALERIO TO APPROPRIATE AND RELEASE THE AMOUNT OF P25,000.00 OUT OF HIS 20% PROVINCIAL DEVELOPMENT FUND FOR THE ELECTRIFICATION OF THE TENNIS COURT.

WHEREAS, the Maribojoc Multi Purpose Pavement ( tennis court ) needs improvement because this place is the venue of many activities of the town;
WHEREAS, the Maribojoc Multi Purpose Pavement could be used in many activities such tennis games, volleyball games, programs, disco dancing and other cultural presentation;
WHEREAS, the present the Maribojoc Multi Purpose Pavement ( tennis court ) has no lighting facilities wherein tennis players could play during night time;
WHEREAS, the Multi Purpose Pavement once it will be lighted, many tennis players will avail the opportunity to play during night time;
WHEREAS, the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol has no appropriation for the electrification of the Multi Purpose Pavement ( tennis court ) considering the limited source of funding for this purpose;
WHEREAS, the Municipal Officials of this coastal town of Bohol have no other recourse than to seek an assistance from the First District Provincial Board Member in the person of Hon. Alfonso Damalerio who is very much willing to help the town for its improvement;
WHEREAS, the Honorable Kagawad from Calape and Tagbilaran City has a soft heart for the Maribojochanons for he won the support of the people during the last election;
NOW, on motion of Hon. Noel D. Veloso in their session duly assembled;
BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to request Honorable Alfonso Damalerio to appropriate and release the amount of P25,000.00 from his 20% Provincial Development Fund, CY 1992 for the electrification of the Maribojoc Multi Purpose Pavement ( tennis court ), Poblacion, Maribojoc, Bohol.
BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished the Hon. Alfonso Damalerio, Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Bohol, City of Tagbilaran City for his kind consideration of this request.
