RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE HON. ISABELITO TONGCO TO APPROPRIATE AND RELEASE THE AMOUNT OF P25,000.00 FROM HIS 20% PROVINCIAL DEVELOPMENT FUND FOR THE REHABILITATION OF THE MARIBOJOC MULTI PURPOSE PAVEMENT, POBLACION, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

WHEREAS, the Maribojoc Multi Purpose Pavement located at Poblacion, Maribojoc, Bohol cracking and it is so rough that tennis players are complaining of the pavement condition;

WHEREAS, the Maribojoc Multi Purpose Pavement ( tennis court ) needs improvement particularly the sidings of the tennis court;

WHEREAS, the Multi Purpose Pavement once it will be renovated and improved could be the venue of tennis tournaments among tennis clubs of the neighboring towns of the First District of Bohol;

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol has not appropriation for its improvement considering the limited source of funding for this purpose;

WHEREAS, the Municipal Officials of this coastal town of Bohol have no other resource than to seek an assistance from the first District Provincial Board Member in the person of Hon. Isabelito Tongco who hails from the neighboring town Antequera, Bohol wherein during his student days he has studied and graduated from St. Vincent Institute;

WHEREAS, the Honorable Kagawad from Antequera has a heart for the Maribojochanons for the people of Maribojoc voted his as No.1 Sangguniang
Panlalawigan Member in the First District of Bohol;

BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to request the Honorable Isabelito Tongco to appropriate and release the amount of P25,000.00 from his 20% Provincial Development Fund, CY 1992 for the rehabilitation of the Maribojoc Multi Purpose Pavement of Poblacion, Maribojoc, Bohol.

BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished the Hon. Isabelito Tongco, Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Bohol, City of Tagbilaran for his appropriate action and kind consideration of this request.
