RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HON. LEONCIO B. EVASCO, JR, MUNICIPAL MAYOR, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL, TO SIGNIFY INTENT FOR ACCREDITATION AS BIGASAN NG BAYAN OUTLET-LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT STATIONARY OUTLET (BBO-LGU-SO) WITH THE NATIONAL FOOD AUTHORITY (NFA) – BOHOL FIELD OFFICE.

WHEREAS, the Local Government Unit of Maribojoc, thru Mayor Leoncio B. Evasco, Jr. is desirous to open a Bigasan ng Bayan outlet in this municipality;
WHEREAS, more than One Hundred Eighty (180) officials and employees of this LGU want to avail the services of the National Food Authority (NFA) thru the opening of the stationary outlet of the Bigasan ng Bayan in the Municipal Hall of Maribojoc, Bohol;
WHEREAS, if the LGU officials and employees be given a chance to purchase NFA rice of the Bigasan ng Bayan of the Municipal Hall, they will not be bothered to fall in line in other Bigasan outlets, hence, the functions in their offices will not be hindered;
BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to authorize the Hon. Leoncio B. Evasco, Jr., Municipal Mayor, Maribojoc, Bohol, to signify intent for the accreditation as Bigasan ng Bayan Outlet – Local Government Unit Stationary Outlet (BBO-LGU-SO) with the National Food Authority (NFA) – Bohol Field Office.
BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished, the Manager, NFA – Bohol Field Office, Tagbilaran City and Hon. Leoncio B. Evasco, Jr., Municipal Mayor, Maribojoc, Bohol for their information and guidance.
