WHEREAS, presented before the Sangguniang Bayan were the Barangay Ordinance No, 01-2008 of Barangay Toril, Barangay Ordinance No. 03-2007 of Barangay Busao, Barangay Ordinance No. 20-2007 of Barangay Bayacabac, Barangay Ordinance No. 01-2008 of Barangay Lagtangon, Barangay Ordinance No. 09-2007 of Barangay Lincod, Barangay Ordinance No. 01-2008 of Barangay Candavid, Barangay Ordinance No. 01-2007 of Barangay San Vicente, Barangay Ordinance No. 02-2007 of Barangay Anislag, Barangay Ordinance No. 01-2007 of Barangay Guiwanon all of Maribojoc, Bohol for review and approval;
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan thru the Committee on Appropriation & Finance, Committee on Resolutions & Ordinances and Committee on Barangay Affair have studied carefully the aforecited Barangay Ordinances;
WHEREAS, giving weight to the recommendation of the above mentioned Committees, the Sangguniang Bayan were in the position to approve the aforecited Barangay Ordinances;
WHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled to declare the Barangay Ordinance No, 01-2008 of Barangay Toril, Barangay Ordinance No. 03-2007 of Barangay Busao, Barangay Ordinance No. 20-2007 of Barangay Bayacabac, Barangay Ordinance No. 01-2008 of Barangay Lagtangon, Barangay Ordinance No. 09-2007 of Barangay Lincod, Barangay Ordinance No. 01-2008 of Barangay Candavid, Barangay Ordinance No. 01-2007 of Barangay San Vicente, Barangay Ordinance No. 02-2007 of Barangay Anislag, Barangay Ordinance No.01-2007 of Barangay Guiwanon of Maribojoc, Bohol as valid it having shown substantial compliance pursuant to the provision of the R.A. 7160;
BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution be furnished, the Barangay Councils of Toril, Busao, Bayacabac, Lagtangon, Lincod, Candavid, San Vicente, Anislag, Guiwanon, Maribojoc, Bohol for their guidance and information.
