DECLARING BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 01, SERIES OF 2007, RE: ANNUAL BUDGET, C.Y. 2008 OF BARANGAY TINIBGAN OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL AS VALID IT HAVING SHOWN SUBSTANTIAL COMPLIANCE PURSUANT TO THE PROVISION OF THE REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7160.

WHEREAS, presented before the Sangguniang Bayan were the Barangay Ordinance No, 01-2007, Re: Annual Budget, C.Y. 2008 of Barangay Tinibgan of Maribojoc, Bohol for review and approval;
WHEREAS, the Sangguiniang Bayan thru the Committee on Appropriation and Finance and Committee on Barangay Affair have studied carefully the aforecited Barangay Ordinance;
WHEREAS, giving weight to the recommendation of the above mentioned Committees, the Sangguniang Bayan were in the position to approve the aforecited Barangay Ordinance;
WHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled to declare the Barangay Ordinance No. 01-2007, Re: Annual Budget, C.Y. 2008 of Barangay Tinibgan of Maribojoc, Bohol as valid it having shown substantial compliance pursuant to the provision of the R.A. 7160;
BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution be furnished, the Barangay Council of Tinibgan, Maribojoc, Bohol for their guidance and information.
