WHEREAS, one of the applicants for a teaching position in the secondary school level in the Division of Bohol is Miss Julita V. Amomas of Busao, Maribojoc, Bohol;
WHEREAS, Miss Julita V. Amomas is applying for a teaching position at the Busao High School, Busao, Maribojoc, Bohol;
WHEREAS, per reliable information, the said teacher-applicant is rank No. 2 for a teaching position at Busao High School second only to a teacher-applicant from Cortes, Bohol;
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol is interceding in her behalf to request the Honorable Schools Division Superintendent of Bohol to give priority assignment for a teaching position to Miss Julita V. Amomas than the other applicant for a teaching position at Busao High School for the following reasons, to wit;
1.That her parents have donated a lot of more than 8,000 square meters more or less wherein the Busao High School buildings are erected and established;
2.For localization of appointment in hiring teachers in a town or barangay;
3.The applicant is from Busao and she knows the place, children and the people around;
4.For gratitude to the donor of the land wherein the Busao High School is established.
WHEREAS, as a proof of the donation of the land of the parents, the family has received a
“Plaque of Appreciation” awarded to Bebiano Amomas for their benevolence in donating a Lot for Busao High School, Busao, Maribojoc, Bohol;
WHEREAS, said “Plaque of Appreciation” were signed by Eugenia M. Chiong, Schools Division Superintendent, Lorna E. Rances, Schools District Supervisor and Aurea D. Araneta, Teacher-In-Charge and the “Plaque of Appreciation” was issued on November 22, 1994 at Busao, Maribojoc, Bohol;
WHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled;
“To request the Schools Division Superintendent, Dr. Cerina C. Bolos, Ph.D., CESO V, Division of Bohol, Department of Education, Tagbilaran City to reconsider the appointment of Miss Julieta V. Amomas as a teacher Busao High School, Busao, Maribojoc, Bohol;”
BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER that a copy of this resolution be furnished, Dra. Cerina C. Bolos, Ph.D., Schools Division Superintendent of Bohol, Tagbilaran City for her kind consideration of this request.
