WHEREAS, the Department of Health, Region VII, Cebu City is planning to reshuffle its employees within the Region and also the town assignments of their nurse representatives to the different municipalities ;
WHEREAS, Mrs. Vilma Yu, Nurse II of the Department of Health and a Nurse Reprsentative of the Department of Health, Regional Health Office, No. 7, Cebu City to the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol is one of these employees who will be affected in the proposal reshuffling of employees ;
WHEREAS, Mrs. Vilma Yu, Nurse II has been serving the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol for the past years efficiently and effectively as a DOH Representative in this coastal town ;
WHEREAS, the reshuffling of employees in their respective areas of responsibilities is not good for Maribojoc considering that the training for the district hospital for Maribojoc – Cortes – Antequera has not started and it needs and employee who has been acquinted with the Municipal Officials and the health personnel particularly the town of Maribojoc Community Hospital is located as the district hospital of the aforecited three municipalities ;
WHEREAS, Mrs. Vilma Yu is living in the town of Calape, Bohol which is a neighboring municipality of Maribojoc whose working condition and accessibility of transportation to Maribojoc can be easily achieved if Mrs. Vilma Yu will be retained in Maribojoc, Bohol ;
WHEREAS, to achieve the districting purpose of the Department of Health, the Maribojoc Town Officials are requesting the Honorable Regional Director, Dra. Rosario Marilyn S. Benabaye, to retain Vilma Yu in Maribojoc for the above mentioned reasons ;
WHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED , by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled :
“ To request Dra. Rosario Marilyn S. Benabaye, Regional Director, Department of Health, Region VII, Cebu City to retain Mrs. Vilma Yu, Nurse II, DOH Representative to the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol ;
BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this resolution be furnished, Dra. Rosario Marilyn S. Benabaye, Region VII, Department of Health, Cebu City for kind consideration of this request.
