RESOLUTION CREATING AN ADHOC COMMITTEE TO OBSERVE THE RESTRUCTURING OF THE DIFFERENT STANDING AND SPECIAL COMMITTEES OF THE LEGISLATIVE BRANCH THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

WHEREAS, the Legislative Branch of the Municipal Government of Maribojoc, Bohol has a new set of members who will serve their term of office from June 30, 2007 (12:00 N) to June 30, 2010, (12:00 N);
WHEREAS, the new set of Members of different education and social orientations which can be tapped to the maximum in bringing about the best results in local governance;
WHERERAS, in order to accommodate each member in their area of expertise it is imperative that the standing and special committees of the Legislative Branch of the Municipal Government of Maribojoc, Bohol, be revamped and restructured;
WHEREAS, the standing committees must be, such that the multifarious affairs of the municipality are properly represented and should include but not limited to health and sanitation, education, taxation, tourism, agriculture, public works and transportation and traffic;
WHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Honorable Presiding Officer, being the Chairman of the ADHOC Committee together with the Honorable Members:

- Hon. Leoncio E. Reselosa
- Hon. Alberto E. Arangoso
- Hon. Cecilia P. Autentico
- Hon. Reynaldo R. Villas
- Hon. Zeus Manuel R. Descallar
Be given the authority to determine chairmanship and membership of the different committees;
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished, to all SB Members, Municipal Mayor, DILG Officer and other concerned for their guidance and information.
