RESOLUTION ORGANIZING THE MUNICIPAL DRUG COUNCIL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

WHEREAS, the objective of the MDC is to enhance the social, political, economic, cultural, intellectual, moral, spiritual, physical development of the youth in the community;
WHEREAS, the council shall be organized to orient the youth to be socially aware and be appreciative on relevant concepts in unity, peace, nationalism, cooperation, service and concern for the improvement and above all, respect the Rule of the Law;
WHEREAS, the MDC shall initiate movements, programs and activities to present Drug-Addiction in the Community;
WHEREAS, the Chairman of the MDC shall be the Chief Executive Officer, Vice Chairman is the Vice Mayor, representative from the Committee on Health, Committee on Youth and Sports Development, NGO’s, ABC and PNP as members;
WHEREFORE, be it resolved, that the Municipal Drug Council shall be organized in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol.
BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished, to all agencies concerned for their complementation and immediate action.
