APPROVING THE ACCREDITATION OF PUNTA CRUZ YOUTH ORGANIZATION AS PEOPLES’ ORGANIZATION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

WHEREAS, it is mandated in the Local Government Code of 1991, R.A. 7160 that Peoples’ Organization in the Barangay and Municipality shall be accredited by the Sangguniang Bayan for its legal existence in the municipality ;
WHEREAS, Peoples’ Organizations and Non-Government Organizations are partners of the Local Government Units in the implementation of laws in the Local Governance in the barangays and municipalities ;
WHEREAS, Peoples’ Organization in the barangay can help for the progress of the community ;
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan thru the Committee on Accreditation of Non- Government Organizations and Peoples’ Organizations has studied carefully the application of Punta Cruz Youth Organization as Peoples’ Organization in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol ;
WHEREAS, giving weight to the recommendation of the Committee on Accreditation, the Sangguniang Bayan has approved its accreditation ;
WHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled ;
“ To approve the accreditation of Punta Cruz Youth Organization as Peoples’ Organization in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol ;”
BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this resolution be furnished the Punta Cruz Youth Organization as Peoples’ Organization in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol.
