RESOLUTION REQUESTING HO. BRIGIDO IMBOY TO APPROPRIATE AND RELEASE AN AMOUNT OF SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS (P60,000.00) OUT OF HIS DISCRETION FUND FOR THE PURCHASE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENTS (PERSONAL) COMPUTERS) FOR THE LEGISLATIVE TRACKING OF THE SB MEMBER IN THE OFFICE OF THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL..

WHEREAS, to avoid duplication of the passage of resolutions and ordinances, the Sangguniang Bayan plants to adopt a tracking system in the Office of the Sangguniang Bayan;
WHEREAS, to be successful in the legislative tracking , the SB Members should have an easy access of computers in their individual capacity;
WHEREAS, it is a dream of the Sangguniang Bayan Members to have an individual personal computer for their use in the Office as well during the SB Session;
WHEREAS, to achieve an effective tracking system, every SB Member should have the basic knowledge and skill on the use of computer to lessen the use of hard copies of the resolutions and ordinances;
WHEREAS, the use of Information Technology Equipment (Personal Computers) can lessen the expenses of hard copies of the voluminous paper work particularly the reproduction of resolution, ordinances and committee reports;
WHEREAS, the use of individual Information Technology Equipment (Personal Computers) by the SB Members, reproduction of documents will be lessen on the ground that the SB Members will use their personal computer assigned to them;
WHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled;
BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to request Hon. Brigido Imboy, PCL President and SP Member to appropriate and release an amount of P60,000.00 out of his discretionary fund for the purchase of Information Technology Equipment (Personal Computers for the legislative tracking system of the SB Members in the Office of the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol;
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution be furnished, Hon. Brigido Imboy, SP Member, Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Bohol, Tagbilaran City for his appropriate action of this request.
