WHEREAS, presented for deliberation are the application for simple subdivision approval in favor of Mr. Joel E. Kwan of San Vicente and Mrs. Arlene Kwan Chiu of Poblacion, all of Maribojoc, Bohol.;
WHEREAS, after meticulous deliberation and perusal of documents presented, embers of the Sangguniang Bayan approve in session the grant of subdivision approval for purposes of issuance of transfer of certificate of land title;

RESOLVED, to grant Simple Subdivision Approval of lot covered by OCT No. 34800 issued to Orencio A. Kwan, containing a area of 22,289 sq.m. located at San Vicente, Maribojoc, Bohol, wherein Lot No. 01 with an area of 11, 144 sq.m. was sold out to Mr. Joel E. Kwan of Poblacion and Lot No. 01-A l with an area of 11,145 sq.m. was sold out to Ms. Arlene Kwan Chiu are subject for issuance of transfer of certificate of title in favor of the two person stated above;
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies hereof be furnished, Mr. Joel E. Kwan of San Vicente and Mrs. Arlene Kwan Chiu of Poblacion, Maribojoc, Bohol for their information and appropriate action.
