DECLARING BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 01-2007 OF PAGNITOAN AND BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 04-2007 OF PUNTA CRUZ, ALL OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL AS VALID IT HAVING SHOWN SUBSTANTIAL COMPLIANCE PURSUANT TO THE PROVISION OF THE REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7160.

WHEREAS, presented before the Sangguniang Bayan were the Barnagay Ordinance No. 01-2007 of Pagnitoan and Barangay Ordinance No. 04-2007 of Punta Cruz as valid it having shown substantial compliance pursuant to the provision of the R.A. 7160;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan thru the Committee on Appropriation and Finance has studied carefully the aforecited Barnagay Ordinances of Pagnitoan and Punta Cruz, all of Maribojoc, Bohol;

WHEREAS, giving weight to the recommendation of the above mentioned Committee, the Sangguniang Bayan were in the position to approve the aforecited Barangay Ordinances;

WHEREFORE, be it resolved, as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled;

“To declare the Barangay Ordinance No. 01-2007 of Barangay Pagnitoan and Barnagay Ordinance No. 04-2007 of Punta Cruz, all of Maribojoc, Bohol as valid it having shown substantial compliance pursuant to the provision of the Republic Act 7160”;

BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished, the Barangay Council of Pagnitoan, Punta Cruz, Maribojoc, Bohol for their guidance and information.
