DECLARING BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 09-2008, RE:ANNUAL BUDGET, C.Y. 2008 OF BARANGAY BOOD, ORDINANCE NO. 13-2007, RE: ANNUAL BUDGET C.Y. 2008 OF BARANGAY SAN ISIDRO, BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 13-2007, RE: ANNUAL BUDGET, C.Y. 2007 OF BARANGAY AGAHAY AND BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 4-2007, RE: ANNUAL BUDGET C.Y. 2008 OF BARANGAY PUNSOD ALL OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL AS VALID IT HAVING SHOWN SUBSTANTIAL COMPLIANCE PURSUANT TO THE PROVISION OF THE REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7160.

WHEREAS, presented before the Sangguniang Bayan were the Barangay Ordinance No. 09, 2008, Re: Annual; Budget, C.Y. 2008 of Barangay Cabawan, Barangay Ordinance No. 11-2007, Re: Annual Budget C.Y. 2007 of Barangay San Isidro, Barangay Ordinance No. 13-2007, Re: Annual Budget C.Y., 2007 of Barangay Agahay and Barangay Ordinance No. 04-2007, Re: Annual Budget C.Y. 2008 of Barangay Punsod all of Maribojoc, Bohol for review and approval;
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan thru the Committee on Appropriation and Finance and Committee on Barangay Affairs have studied carefully the aforecited Barangay Ordinance of Barangay Cabawan, San Isidro, Agahay and Punsod, Maribojoc, Bohol;
WHEREAS, giving weight to the recommendation of the above mentioned Committee the Sangguniang Bayan were in the position to approve the aforecited Barangay Ordinance;
WHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled to declare the Barangay Ordinance No. 09-2008, Re: Annual Budget , C.Y. 2008 of Barangay Cabawan, Barangay Ordinance No. 13-2007, Re: Annual Budget C.Y. of Barangay San Isidro, Barangay Ordinance No. 13-2007, Re: Annual Budget C.Y. 2007 of Barangay Agahay and Barangay Ordinance No. 04-2007, Re: Annual C.Y. 2008 of Barangay Punsod all of Maribojoc, Bohol as valid it having shown substantial compliance pursuant to the provision of R.A. 7160.
BE IT RESOLVED, that copy of this resolution be furnished, the Barangay Council of Cabawan, San Isidro, Agahay and Punsod, Maribojoc, Bohol for their guidance and information.
