“APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR SIMPLE SUBDIVISION OF LOT UNDER TAX DECLARATION NO. 32-001-00624 AMONG THE HEIRS OF GABINO REBOLDAD LOCATED AT POBLACION, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL WITH AN AREA OF 952 SQUARE METERS.”

WHEREAS, presented the Sangguniang Bayan was the application for simple subdivision of lot among of the heirs of Gabino Reboldad, namely: Dioscoro Reboldad, Lourdes Reboldad Samuya, Neceria Reboldad Nayona and Mila Reboldad Galido with an area of 952 square meters more or less;
WHEREAS, upon perusal, careful study, review, verification and consultation with the MPDC and Municipal Engineer, the application for simple subdivision of lot does not affect any government project of the local, provincial and national government units at this time;
WHEREAS, the simple subdivision of lot is within the conformity of the zoning ordinance and the comprehensive Land Use Plan of the municipality which is under review of the Provincial Land Use Committee of the Province of Bohol;
WHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled;
“To approve the application for simple subdivision of lot under Tax Declaration No. 32-001-00624 among the heirs of Gabino Reboldad, namely Dioscoro Reboldad, Lourdes Reboldad Samuya, Neceria Reboldad Nayona and Mila Reboldad Galido located at Poblacion, Maribojoc, Bohol;”
BE IT RESOLVE FURTHER that copies of this resolution be furnished to Dioscoro Reboldad, Lourdes Reboldad Samuya, Neceria Reboldad Nayona and Mila Reboldad Galido, Poblacion, Maribojoc, Bohol for their information and guidance.
