DECLARING BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 01-2006 OF JANDIG, BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 04-2006 OF LAGTANGON, BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 03-2007 OF ANISLAG AND BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 03-2007 OF SAN VICENTE, ALL OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL AS VALID IT HAVING SHOWN
SUBSTANTIAL COMPLIANCE PURSUANT TO THE PROVISION OF THE
REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7160.

WHEREAS, presented before the Sangguniang Bayan were the Barangay Ordinance No. 01-2006 of Jandig, Barangay Ordinance No. 04-2006 of Lagtangon, Barangay Ordinance No. 03-2007 of Anislag and Barangay Ordinance No. 03-2007 of San Vicente, all of Maribojoc, Bohol for review and approval;
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan thru the Committee on Appropriation and Finance has studied carefully the aforecited Barangay Ordinances of Barangay Jandig, Lagtangon, Anislag and San Vicente, all of Maribojoc, Bohol;
WHEREAS, giving weight to the recommendation of the above mentioned Committee, the Sangguniang Bayan were in the position to approve the aforecited Barangay Ordinances;
WHEREFORE, be it resolved as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled;
“To declare the Barangay Ordinance No. 01-2006 of Jandig, Barangay Ordinance No. 04-2006 o f Lagtangon, Barangay Ordinance No. 03-2007 of Anislag and Barangay Ordinance No. 03-2007 of San Vicente, all of Maribojoc, Bohol as valid it having shown substantial compliance pursuant to the provision of the R. a. 7160”.
BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished, the Barangay Council of Jandig, Lagtangon, Anislag and San Vicente, Maribojoc, Bohol for their guidance and information.
