RESOLUTION APPROVING A TWO (2) DAY COCKFIGHTING ACTIVITIES SPONSORED BY THE MARIBOJOC COCKERS CIRCLE MANAGEMENT ON MAY 2 AND 3, 2008, HACKFIGHT AND A THREE COCK DERBY AT THE MARIBOJOC COCKER’S CIRCLE COCKPIT, SAN VICENTE, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

WHEREAS, the Maribojoc Cockers Association will sponsor a two (2) day cockfighting activities on May 2 and 3, 2008 at the Maribojoc Cocker’s Circle Cockpit, San Vicente, Maribojoc, Bohol;
WHEREAS, the Maribojoc Cockers Association will sponsor a two (2) day cockfighting activities on May 2 and 3, 2008 in order to raise funds for their association;
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan has found out that it is beneficial and for the entertainment of visitors in the town of Maribojoc and nearby town;
WHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled, to approved a two (2) day cockfighting activities sponsored by the Maribojoc Cockers Circle Management on May 2 and 3, 2008, hackfight and a three cock derby at the San Vicente, Maribojoc, Bohol;
BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished, to Hon. Leoncio B. Evasco, Jr., Municipal Mayor, Maribojoc, Bohol and the Management of the Maribojoc Cocker’s Circle, san Vicente, Maribojoc, Bohol.
