RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HON. LEONCIO B. EVASCO, JR., MUNICIPAL MAYOR, MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC TO ENTER INTO A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH REFERRAL X-RAY AND REFERRAL LABORATORY FACILITY BY AND BETWEEN THE CHIEF OF HOSPITAL DR. NENITA MORAGA PO OF GOV. CELESTINO GALLARES MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, TAGBILARAN CITY.

WHEREAS, in order for a Rural Health Units/Health Centers to be accredited by PHILHEALTH, we need to comply certain requirements;
WHEREAS, to comply such, we are provided with a checklist of requirements for accreditation;
WHEREAS, among the requirements needed, Memorandum of Agreement with referral x-ray facility and referral laboratory facility are essential factors which calls for an immediate attention;
WHEREAS, the Philippine Constitution mandates the State to adopt an integrated and comprehensive approach to health development, whish shall endeavor to make essential goods, health and social services available to all citizens at affordable cost;
WHEREAS, health services is one among those enshrine in section 17 of the Republic Act 7160 of the Local Govenrment Code that mandates the implementation of programs and projects towards primary health care, maternal and children, and communicable diseases control services;
BE IT RESOLVE AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to authorize the Hon. Leoncio B. Evasco, Jr., Municipal Mayor, Maribojoc, Bohol to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with referral x-ray facility and referral laboratory facility by and between the Chief of Hospital Dr. Nenita Moraga Po of Gov. Celestino Gallares Memorial Hospital, Tagbilaran City.
BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished, to Hon. Leoncio B. Evasco, Jr., Municipal Mayor, Maribojoc, Bohol and Dr. Nenita Moraga Po of Gov. Celestino Gallares Memorial Hospital, Tagbilaran City for information and appropriate action.
