WHEREAS, presented for deliberation is the applicant for simple subdivision approval in favor of Ms. Cheryl Resabal Enoc;
WHEREAS, after meticulous deliberation and perusal of documents presented, members of the Sangguniang Bayan approve in session the grant of subdivision approval for purpose of issuance of transfer of certificate of land title;
WHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol in session, it was. . .
RESOLVED, to grant Simple Subdivision Approval of lot covered by OCT No. 8134 issued to Vicente Hibaya, Et Al, containing an area of 15,873 sq.m. located at san Roque, Maribojoc, Bohol wherein Lot No. 01 having an area of 7,936 sq.m. issued to Lucas Resabal was sold out to Ms. Cheryl Resabal Enoc is subject for issuance of transfer of certificate of title in favor of Ms. Cheryl Resabal Enoc;
BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copies of this resolution be furnished, to Ms. Cheryl Resabal Enoc and all concern, for their information and appropriate action.
