RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE SANGGUNIANG PANLALAWIGAN OF BOHOL TO APRROPRIATE AND RELEASE AN AMOUNT OUT OF ANY AVAILABLE PROVINCIAL FUND OF THE PROVINCE OF BOHOL FOR THE EXPANSION OF THE MARIBOJOC WATERWORKS SYSTEM TO PUNTA CRUZ, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

WHEREAS, the Barangay of Punta Cruz particularly the tourism project at the Historical Tower and Park needs a good water supply in order to cater the needs of the foreign and domestic tourist who will be using the Historical Watch Tower and Park;
WHEREAS, the tourism project at Punta Cruz could not attract more tourist to visit the place because it lacks the facilities particularly the water supply;
WHEREAS, big concrete water reservoir could be constructed in the area in order to or the reservoir of a water supply coming from Lagtangon Rural Waterworks System;
WHEREAS, if the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Bohol would appropriate an amount enough for the purchase of a Waterpipes and the construction of a reservoir at Punta Cruz Watch Tower and Park vicinity, then the Maribojoc Water Supply coming from Lagtangon Rural Waterworks System;
WHEREAS, if the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Bohol would appropriate an amount enough for the purchase of Water pipes and the construction of a reservoir at Punta Cruz Watch Tower and Park vicinity, then the Maribojoc Waterworks System could serve the people of Punta Cruz as well as the visitors who will be using the facilities at Punta Cruz tourism project;
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to request the Honorable Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Bohol to appropriate and release an amount out of any available Provincial Fund for the expansion of the Maribojoc Waterworks System to Punta Cruz, Maribojoc, Bohol for the benefit and welfare of the people of this area and the visitors who will be using the facilities at Punta Cruz Tourism project.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members of Bohol, City of Tagbilaran for their guidance and appropriate action.
