RESOLUTION REQUESTING DR. EUGENIA CHIONG, SCHOOLS DIVISION SUPERINTENDENT OF BOHOL TO INSTALL MRS. EATERLITA N. ALMEROL AS HEAD TEACHER OF CABAWAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

WHEREAS, it is undeniable that there is a existing vacant item in the Cabawan Elementary School of Maribojoc, to wit: “ Head Teacher “
WHEREAS, the elementary school of Cabawan is complete in its primary and elementary levels and has meet above the minimum ratio of pupils per teacher;
WHEREAS, some of the teachers of the above mentioned school are complaining of doing straight teaching activity everyday which produces an un psychological effect on the part of the teachers and the pupil as well;
WHEREAS, it is necessity in the elementary school are in the elementary schools to have an head teacher to do the supervisory activities and somebody to handle minor problems in the school;
WHEREAS, the primary school of Agahay, Maribojoc, Bohol, is a satellite school of Cabawan Elementary School, has been deprived of its supervision and attention;
WHEREAS, Mrs. Esterlita N. Almerol possesses the necessary qualifications to the position due to her experience and background;
BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to request Dr. Eugenia Chiong, School Division Superintendent of Bohol to retain and install Mrs. Esterlita N. Almerol as Head Teacher of Cabawan Elementary School, Cabawan, Maribojoc, Bohol.
BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished, Dr. Eugenia Chiong, School Division Superintendent of Bohol, City of Tagbilaran for her kind consideration of this request.
