RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE SB SECRETARIAT TO REPRODUCE THE APPROVED MUNICIPAL ORDINANCES FOR REFERENCE OF THE INCUMBENT SANGGUNIANG BAYAN MEMBERS.

WHEREAS, the incumbent Sangguniang Bayan members in their efforts to pursue effective legislation for the municipality seek to maximize its forceful effect through proper study and understanding of the present ordinances which may necessitate some amendments need some guides for this purpose;
WHEREAS, it can not be denied that there are approved ordinances which remained unimplemented up to the present time;
WHEREAS, the present municipal legislators have no knowledge of the approved ordinances, Hence copies of these ordinances could serve the incumbents as aid to legislations in order to avoid duplication of ordinances;
BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to request the SB Secretariat to reproduce the approved Municipal Ordinances for reference of the incumbent SB Members;
BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished the SB Secretariat for information and guidance.
