REQUESTING HON. SENATOR MANUEL B. VILLAR, SENATE PRESIDENT, MANILA TO APPROPRIATE AND RELEASE AN AMOUNT OF ONE MILLION PESOS (P1.M), OUT OF HER DISCRETIONARY FUND, FOR THE CONCRETING OF THE SAUG-MEDICARE ROAD, BAYACABAC, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

WHEREAS, the Saug-Medicare Road, Bayacabac, Maribojoc, Bohol needs rehabilitation due to many potholes in the different parts of the road; ;
WHEREAS, the Saug-Medicare Road is a very important passway leading to the Maribojoc Medicare Community Hospital at Bayacabac, Maribojoc, Bohol;
WHEREAS, this road needs rehabilitation on the ground that it is bumpy and potholes can cause the vehicle an unpleasant movement which is detrimental to the life of a patient being brought to the hospital;
WHEREAS, the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol has no funds for concreting the said road, hence there is no other recourse than to seek financial assistance to the Honorable Senate President whom we believe can solve this problem;
WHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol in its session duly assembled;
BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to request Hon. Senator Manuel B. Villar, Senate President, Philippine Senate, Manila to appropriate and release an amount of One Million Pesos, (P1,000,000.00), out of her discretionary fund, for the concreting of the Saug-Medicare Road, Bayacabac, Maribojoc, Bohol;
BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER that a copy of this resolution be furnished, the Hon. Senator Manuel B. Villar, Philippine senate, Pasay City, for his appropriate action and kind consideration of this request.
