DECLARING BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 10-2002 OF SAN ISIDRO AND ANNUAL BUDGETS, C.Y. 2002 OF SAN ISIDRO, POBLACION, AGAHAY AND PUNTA CRUZ, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL AS VALID PURSUANT TO R.A. 7160.

WHEREAS, presented before the Sangguniang Bayan were the Barangay Ordinance No. 10-2002 of San Isidro, Annual Budgets, C.Y. 2002 of San Isidro, Poblacion, Agahay and Punta Cruz, Maribojoc, Bohol for review and approval;
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan thru the Committee on Appropriation and Finance has studied carefully the above mentioned Barangay Annual Budgets of Barangay San Isidro, Poblacion, Agahay, Punta Cruz and the Barangay Ordinance No. 10-2002 of San Isidro, Maribojoc, Bohol;
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan giving weight to the recommendation of the Committee on Appropriation and Finance has approved such recommendation;
WHEREAS, the guidelines issued by the Department of Budget and Management shall be followed strictly by the Disbursing Officer;
WHEREFORE be it resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled;
“To declare Barangay Ordinance No. 10-2002 of San Isidro and Annual Budgets, C.Y. 2002 of San Isidro, Poblacion, Agahay and Punta Cruz, Maribojoc, Bohol as valid pursuant to R.A. 7160.”
BE IT RESOLVED that copies of this resolution be furnished, the Barangay Councils of San Isidro, Poblacion, Agahay and Punta Cruz, Maribojoc, Bohol for their guidance and implementation.
