DECLARING SK BUDGET, C.Y. 2002 OF DIPATLONG, MARIBOOC, BOHOL AS VALID PURSUANT TO R.A. 7160.

WHEREAS, presented before the Sangguniang Bayan was the SK Budget, C.Y. 2002 of Dipatlong, Maribojoc, Bohol for review and approval;
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan thru the Committee on Appropriate and Finance has studied carefully the SK Budget, C.Y. 2002 of Dipatlong;
WHEREAS, giving weight to the recommendation of the Committee on Appropriation and Finance, the Sangguniang Bayan has approved the recommendation of said committee;
WHEREAS, the guidelines on the disbursement of funds issued by the Department of Budget and Management shall be strictly followed by the Disbursing Officer;
WHEREFORE, be it resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled;
“To declare the SK Budget C.Y. 2002 of Dipatlong, Maribojoc, Bohol as valid pursuant to R.A. 7160;”
BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER that a copy of this resolution be furnished, the SK Council of Dipatlong, Maribojoc, Boho, for their guidance and implementation.
