RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MUNICIPAL TREASURER OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL TO DISBURSE CASH INCENTIVES OUT OF THE SALARY SAVINGS AND OTHER SAVINGS OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT TO THE MUNICIPAL OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES WHO HAVE RENDERED AT LEAST TEN ( 10 ) YEARS OF CONTINUOUS AND SATISFACTORY SERVICE ON THE GOVERNMENT PER GUIDELINES PROMULGATED BY THE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION.

WHEREAS, Memorandum Circular No. 42, series of 1992 amends the guidelines on the provision of the omnibus rules implementing Book V of Executive Order No. 292 on the grant of Loyalty Award for government employees;
WHEREAS, a loyalty award shall be given to an employee of the government who has completed at least 10 years of continuous and satisfactory service to the particular office granting the award;
WHEREAS, the service award shall consist in loyalty pin, as follows: 10 to 15 yrs. – bronze pin; 20 to 25 years-silver pin; 30, 35 and 40 years – gold pin and cash gift which shall not be more than P100.00 per year of service;
WHEREAS, the loyalty award for the Municipal Officials and employees of the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol shall be in form of cash gift to those Officials and employees who are rendered at least ten years of service in the government;
BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to authorize the Municipal Treasurer of Maribojoc, Bohol to disburse cash incentives out of the salary savings and other savings of the Local Government to the Municipal Officials and employees who have rendered at least 10 years of continuous and satisfactory service in the government per guidelines promulgated by the Civil Service Commission.
BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of these resolution be furnished the Municipal Treasurer, Maribojoc, Bohol for her guidance and appropriate action.
