RESOLUTION EXTENDING A HEARTFELT APPRECIATION TO DR. ELISEO BALATAYO BUSTRILLOS FOR SPONSORING AND DIONATING PRIZES FOR “ON THE SPOT DRAWING CONTEST” FOR ENCOURAGING ARTISTIC TALENT OF THE MARIBOJOCHANON YOUTH.

WHEREAS, Dr. Eliseo Balatayo Bustrillos Jr. was so kind and generous upon knowing that there was no day time activity during the fiesta celebration, he voluntarily sponsor and donate prizes for the “On The Spot Drawing Contest” as pre-fiesta highlight activity;
WHEREAS, being a native son of Maribojoc he initiated this contest to encourage the artistic talent of our Maribojochanon Youth by revolving the theme of the contest “For Mother Earth Recovery Patch Up Our Ecology”;
WHEREAS, the participants were open to Maribojochanon children with ages 18 to 12 from different school of our town;
WHEREAS, the Municipality of Maribojoc would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation on his tremendous voluntary support for the success of its first of its kind “On Drawing Contest” here in our Municipality;
BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to extend a heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Eliseo Balatayo Bustrillos for sponsoring and donating prizes on the “On the Spot Drawing Contest” for encouraging the artistic talent of the Maribojochanon Youth;
RESOLVED FURTHER, that construction completed before the “Building Permit” requirement is implemented shall be exempted from this regulation, provided however, that the office of the Municipal Mayor it is duly authorized representative shall exercise the authority to determine the applicants covered under the exemption;
RESOLVED FINALLY, that the copies of this resolution be sent to Dr. Eliseo Balatayo Bustrillos, Jr. of Tagbilaran City.
