WHEREAS, presented for deliberation is the application for simple subdivision approval in favor of the Heirs of Jorge Morgia;
WHEREAS, after meticulous deliberation and perusal of documents presented, the members of the Sangguniang Bayan approve in session the grant of subdivision approval for purposes of issuance of transfer of certificate of land title;

RESOLVED, to grant Simple Subdivision Approval of lot covered by OCT No. 39268 issued to the Heirs of Jorge Morgia, containing an area of 3,119 square meters located at Anislag, Maribojoc, Bohol wherein Tax Declaration No. 2003-32-004-00349, having an area of 3,119 square meters, is subject for issuance of transfer of certificate of title in favor of the Heirs of Jorge Morgia,
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies hereof be furnished, the Heirs of the late Jorge Morgia and all concerned, for their information and appropriate action.
