RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COCKFIGHTING ACTIVITIES ON DECEMBER 17, 18, 19, 1992 AT THE MARIBOJOC COCKERS CIRCLE, SAN VICENTE, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL SPONSORED BY THE ASSOCIATION OF BARANGAY COUNCILS OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

WHEREAS, the Association of Barangay Councils of Maribojoc, Bohol has sent a resolution to the Sangguniang Bayan requesting said body to grant a permit to the ABC to hold cockfighting activities on December 17, 18, 19, 1992 at the Maribojoc Cockers Circle , San Vicente, Maribojoc, Bohol;
WHEREAS, the cockfighting activities aim to raise funds for the project to the association;
WHEREAS, the holding of cockfighting activities will also entertain the Balikbayan of Maribojoc who are presently taking their Christmas vacation in this Municipality and also will entertain cockfighting Affecionades of our town;
Now on motion of Hon. Simeon Amolat in their session duly assembled;
BE IT RESOLVED, as it hereby resolved to approve the cockfighting activities on December 17, 18, 19, 1992 at the Maribojoc Cockers Circle, San Vicente, Maribojoc, Bohol sponsored by the Association of Barangay Councils of Maribojoc, Bohol.
BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that the Association of Barangay Councils will pay an amusement tax of 25% from the gross gate receipts and the Municipal Treasurer’s Office will send a representative at the gate for checking purposes;
BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that the copies of this resolution be furnished, the Municipal Treasurer’s Office, the PNP-Maribojoc, and Municipal Mayor, Maribojoc, Bohol for approval and guidance.
