REQUESTING THE HONORABLE GOVERNOR ERICO AUMENTADO TO PROVIDE PHOTO COPIER FOR MARIBOJOC FARMER INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES (FITS) CENTER IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

WHEREAS, the Department of Agriculture thru the Province of Bohol has established a Farmer Information Technology Services (FITS) Center at the Municipal Agriculture Office so that the people especially the farmers can have an access for its services and informations on some inputs and outputs of farming;
WHEREAS, the Maribojoc Municipal Agriculture Office in order to be effective is contemplating to provide the farmers and other people who are interested in agriculture some basic informations thru reading materials for them to study and its source of guidance;
WHEREAS, if this plan will be realized the Maribojoc Farmer Information Technology Services Center shall be provided by a photo copier in order to reproduce handouts for our farmer and its people;
WHEREAS, the LGU-Maribojoc, Bohol has no funds to purchase a photo copier hence we have not other recourse then to seek assistance from the Governor’s Office for this purpose;
WHEREFORE, be it resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled;
BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to request the Honorable Governor Erico B. Aumentado to provide the Maribojoc Farmers Information Technology Services (FITS) center a photo copier for the use of the center;
BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution, be furnished to Hon. Governor Erico B. Aumentado, Province of Bohol, Tagbilaran City for his appropriate action.
