DECLARING BARANGAY ORDINANCES NO. 12 & 13, 2001 OF SAN ROQUE, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL AS VALID PURSUANT TO R.A. 7160.

WHEREAS, presented before the Sangguniang Bayan were Barangay Ordinances No. 12 and 13-2001 of San Roque for review and approval;
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan thru the Committee on Appropriation and Finance has studied carefully the above mentioned Barangay Ordinance of San Roque, Maribojoc, Bohol;
WHEREAS, giving weight to the recommendation of the Committee on Appropriation and Finance, the Sangguniang Bayan has approved its recommendation;
WHEREAS, the guidelines on the disbursement of funds issued by the Department of Budget and Management shall be strictly followed by the Disbursing Officer;
WHEREFORE, be it resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled;
“To declare the Barangay Ordinance No. 12 & 13, 2001 of San Roque, Maribojoc, Bohol as valid pursuant to RA 7160;”
BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER that a copy of this resolution be furnished, the Barangay Council of San Roque, Maribojoc, Bohol for their guidance and implementation.
