RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE SANGGUNIANG PANLALAWIGAN OF BOHOL TO ALLOW THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL TO RECALL/WITHDRAW THE ANNUAL BUDGET, GENERAL FUND, CY 1992 FOR SOME ADJUSTMENTS AND REVISION OF SAID BUDGET.

WHEREAS, the Municipal Budget Officer appeared before the Sangguniang Bayan during its session duly assembled and informed the members that our Annual Budget now pending at the Provincial Budget Office needs some adjustments and revision due to the implementation of the Local Government Code of 1991;
WHEREAS, the Annual Budget, CY 1992 which was submitted to the Provincial Budget Office carries to increases for the officials and employees for 1992;
WHEREAS, some of the items needs to be corrected because it does not confirm to the budgetary process particularly to the item of Municipal Aid to the barangays and some items in the office if the Sangguniang Bayan;
WHEREAS, the new budget will incorporate the Infrastructure Budget in the General Fund Budget for CY 1992;
BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to request the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Bohol to allow the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol to recall/ withdraw the Annual Budget, General Fund, CY 1992 for some adjustments and revision of said budget.
BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Bohol thru the Provincial Budget Office, City of Tagbilaran for kind approval.
