RESOLUTION CREATING A COMMITTEE ON BUDGET REVIEW IN THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

WHEREAS, Book III of the Local Government Code of 1991 empowers the Barangay Council of every barangay to enact local budget for the operation of the smallest unit of government in every municipality.
WHEREAS, the Barangay Budget of every barangay before it will be operational should be submitted to the Sangguniang Bayan for review and approval.
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Sangguniang Bayan to create a committee on Budget Review to be composed of three Sangguniang Bayan Members and three Municipal Officials other than the SB Members.
WHEREAS, the duties and responsibilities of the Committee on Budget Review is to scrutinize and study the proposed barangay budget so that the proposal will be recommended to the Sangguniang Bayan for approval;
WHEREAS, the Committee on Budget Review shall be composed of the following officials:

BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to create a Committee on Budget Review in the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol inorder to study the Barangay Budget of the different barangays of this municipality.
BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished the members of the Committee on Budget Review for their information and guidance.
