RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HON. MAYOR LEONCIO B. EVASCO, JR. TO TAKE CONTROL AND DECIDE ON THE RATIONAL UTILIZATION OF THE WOMEN’S CENTER FOR THE NEW OFFICES OF THE MUNICIPALITY.

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Maribojoc has created new offices to better serve the constituents and generate additional revenues;
WHEREAS, the Women’s Center while nationally funded us occupying a portion of a lot owned by the Municipality;
WHEREAS, the available spaces in the building are more than enough for the requirements of the activities of the Maribojoc Federation of Women Leaders;
WHEREAS, the MFWL shall occupy the ground floor of the building;
WHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved by the Sanguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol in session duly assembled,
“To Authorize the Hon. Mayor Leoncio B. Evasco, Jr. to take Control and Decide on the Rational Utilization of the Women’s Center for the New Offices of the Municipality.”
BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to the Municipal Mayor, Leoncio B. Evasco, Jr. and the Board of Trustees of the Maribojoc Federation of Women Leaders for their information and guidance.
