AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS (P20,000.00) TO BE TAKEN OUT OF THE 20% IRA ALLOTMENT BUDGETED FOR AGRICULTURE, C.Y. 1994 FOR THE COST OF REPAIR OF THE IRRIGATION DAM LOCATED AT BARANGAY ALIGUAY, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION: 1. The amount of P20,000.00 is hereby appropriated out of the 20% IRA
allotment budgeted for Agriculture, C.Y. 1994 for the cost of repair of the irrigation damp located at Barangay Aliguay, Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION: 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
