APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS (P460,000.00) OUT FROM THE SAVINGS FROM PERSONAL SERVICES FROM CURRENT APPROPRIATION OF THE GENERAL FUND IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
SECTION 1. Appropriation and Source.- The amount of Four Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos P460,000.00) out from the Savings from Personal Services from Current Appropriation of the General Fund in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol.
SECTION 2. Purpose.- The amount of Four Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (P460,000.00) is hereby appropriated for the additional extra cash gift of the municipal officials and employees.
SECTION 3. Every official and Employee shall receive an amount of P10,000.00 as an additional Extra Cash Gift.
SECTION 4. Sponsorship and Deliberation.- This appropriation ordinance was sponsored on Mass Motion by the Sangguniang Bayan Members and was deliberated by those present during its session duly assembled.
SECTION 5. Effectivity.- This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
