AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING AN AMOUNT OF P20,000.00 AS AN ADDITIONAL AMOUNT FOR THE PURCHASE OF RAMSA SOUND SYSTEM OUT OF THE RESERVED FUND OF THE 20% IRA FUND, C.Y. 1994.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION: 1. The amount of P20,000.00 is hereby appropriated as an additional
amount for the purchase of RAMSA Sound System out of the reserved fund of the 20% IRA Fund, C.Y. 1994.

SECTION: 2. This appropriation ordinance also authorizes the Municipal Treasurer to
disburse the amount as additional allotment for the purchase of the RAMSA Sound System.

SECTION: 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
