AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P101,500.00 FOR THE ACA OF THE MUNICIPAL OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES FROM MAY TO SEPTEMBER, 1993 OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS C.Y. 1993 IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL .

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION: 1. The amount of P101,500.00 is hereby appropriated for the ACA of
the Officials and Employees from May to September, 1993 out of the unappropriated surplus, C.y. 1993 in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION: 2. The ACA of the Officials and Employees is based from Administrative
Order No. 53-93 issued by the Department of Budget and Management on May 17, 1993 and the ACA takes effect May 1, 1993.

SECTION: 3. The Municipal Officials and Employees shall receive an ACA of
P350.00 per month from May to September, 1993 or a total amount of P1,750.00 each.

SECTION: 4. The ACA of the officials and employees is computed in this scheme.

From May to December, 1993

20 Officials at 350.00 x 5 = P 35,000.00
14 rank and file employees at 350.00 x 5 = 24,500.00
12 Devolved employees at 350.00 x 5 = 21,000.00
12 casual employees at 350.00 x 5 = 21,000.00
T O T A L = P101,500.00
