Municipal Ordinance No.69 Series of 1982

AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE MUNICIPAL TAX ORDINANCE NO.5, SERIES OF 1982 IMPOSING DIFFERENT FEES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol that;

Section 1 – That the Municipal Tax Ordinance No.4, series of 1982 has been revised by the passage of the Municipal Tax Ordinance No. 5, series of 1982.

Section 2 – That the schedule of fees are being printed in a separate phamplet for guidance of the implementers.

Section 3 – That the effectivity of the Municipal Tax Ordinance No.5, series of 1982 will be on January 1, 1983.

After due deliberation,

LET COPIES be furnished the Municipal Treasurer for her guidance and implementation.
