Municipal Ordinance No.67 Series of 1982

AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AN OLD ORDINANCE REQUIRING THE PURCHASER OR BUYER TO PAY CASH TICKETS FOR EVERY KIND OF MATS SOLD IN THE PUBLIC MARKET AND THE SUB-MARKETS WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that;

Section 1 – That the ordained requiring buyers to pay each tickets for every kind of mats sold in the public market and sub-market within the jurisdiction of Maribojoc, Bohol be repealed by this ordinance.

Section 2 – That this effect takes upon approval.

Approved – December 10, 1982

LET COPIES be furnished the Municipal Treasurer Marinojoc, Bohol for her appropriate action and guidance.
