AN ORDINANCE RIVERTING AN AMOUNT OF P11,500.00 FROM THE TYPEWRITER, REPAIR OF FIXED PROPERTY ALLOTMANTS AND ANY EXCESS OF THE SPECIFIC TAX IN THE INFRASTRUCTURE FUND BUDGET FOR THE NMPROVENT OF MUNICIPAL HALL, TOWN PLAZA AND TENNIS COURT.
Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol that:
Section 1 – That the allocation for the typewriter and repair of fixed property in the amount of P11,500.00 be riverted for additional funding for the improvement of the Municipal Hall, Town plaza and Tennis Court.
Section 2 – That the amount of P9,500.00 be allotted for the Municipal Hall and Plaza improvements and the P2,000.00 for the reconstruction of the Municipal Tennis Court.
Section 3 – That any excess of the Specific Tax of the Infrastructure Fund Budget be used for the improvement and repair of the Municipal Hall and town plaza.
Section 4 – That this appropriation ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
Approved – April 1, 1982.
LET COPIES be furnished the Provincial Budget Officer, Provincial Auditor, Provincial Treasurer, all of Tagbilaran City and the Municipal Treasurer Martibojoc, Bohol for their appropriate action and implementation.
